As i've mentioned before, today i'm going to share the recipe of the tart that i 'm crazy with, during the last Ramadhan. *Wink..wink*
I'm presenting.... Fruit tart!! A healthy and yummy tart!
Gladly to say even for the first timer, i can admit that this recipe is simple enough to make. Just that u need to have more patience dalam membuat tart crust nyer satu persatu.. or u just can make one big fruit tart terus! Cepat skit kan siap! Anyway, kalau nak lagi cepat, u can buy premade tart crust yg dah siap dibakar, yang hanya menunggu untuk diletakkan filling je. >.< Sekarang dah available di kebanyakan kedai2 kek/ pasaraya tertentu..

PASTRY CREAM RECIPE
1 1/4 cawan (300ml) susu segar
3 biji kuning telur (saiz besar)
1/4 cawan (50gm) gula
2 sudu besar tepung gandum
2 sudu besar tepung jagung
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
TOPPING
Fruits you like! Yummy2x!!
Strawberries/ Kiwi/ Apricot/ Grapes/ Blueberries etc

PASTRY CREAM RECIPE
1 1/4 cawan (300ml) susu segar

Cara2nya:
1. Gaulkan gula dan kuning telur (Don't let this mixture sit
too long or u will get pieces of egg forming)
2. Ayak tepung gandum dan tepung jagung bersama dan masukkan
ke dalam adunan telur tadi, gaulkan sehingga menjadi 'smooth paste'
3. Didihkan susu yang dah ditambahkan esen vanilla (just
until milk starts to foam up)
4. Alihkan dari api dan campurkan susu panas sedikit demi
sedikit pada adunan telur tadi sambil mengacau secara 'constant' untuk
mengelakkan berketul. Masak semula (adunan telur+susu) di atas api sederhana sampai didih dan kacau
tanpa berhenti. Tutup api apabila adunan menjadi likat (thick).
5. Tunggu adunan sejuk sedikit sebelum diletakkan di atas
tart crust. Kemudian bolehlah hiaskan dengan buah2an kesukaan! Siaap..
Senangkan!.. dah tak perlu bakar dah. Cover dengan plastic wrap,
sejukkan dalam peti, dan sedia dimakan bila dah sejuk! Yummylicious!! >_<
